Master trainer Simon Wells returned to Muay Thai Chelmsford in July 2012, to give yet another of his outstanding Thaiboxing seminars.

Simon’s sessions are always jam packed with information; and this was no exception.

Simon brought Nick Opyrchal, a student of his in both Muay Thai and Lapunti Arnis d’Abanico, along to help demonstrate. Between them, they gave all participants the benefit of their experience in how best to apply the drills they were showing.

Feedback from the seminar attendees was excellent; same saying that although they were tired from the training the day after, they would have happily done it all over again!

Muay Thai Chelmsford looks forward to hosting Simon Wells again in the near future.
